Toast to summer with this delicious fruity Mocktail.

Ingredients

Pineapple juice

2 cup(s)

Mango nectar

2 cup(s), (500ml)

Lime juice

⅓ cup(s), (80ml)

Mango

2 small, thinly sliced

Carambola or star fruit

2 small, thinly sliced

Soda water

4 cup(s), (1L)

Instructions

  1. Place the pineapple juice, mango nectar and lime juice in a large jug and combine.
  2. To serve, divide the mango and starfruit between serving glasses. Top with ice. Pour the pineapple and mango mixture into the glasses and top with soda water.
