Strawberry, banana and chocolate smoothie

Chill out with a creamy iced drink. This fruit and chocolate combo is deliciously satisfying

Ingredients

cocoa powder

1 tbs

honey

2 tsp

no-fat, no added sugar vanilla yoghurt

300 g, (strawberry)

skim milk

1 cup(s), (250ml)

banana

1 medium

Instructions

  1. Place cocoa powder in a small bowl. Stir through honey and 2 tablespoons boiling water until powder is dissolved. Transfer mixture to a blender. Add Strawberry Yoghurt, milk, banana and crushed ice. Blend for 1 minute or until thick and smooth.
  2. Pour strawberry, banana & chocolate smoothie into 2 large (500ml) glass tumblers and serve immediately.
  3. TIP: If your blender doesn’t have an ice crushing blade, wrap ice cubes in a towel and crush with a heavy utensil.
