This decorative trifle makes the perfect light dessert

Ingredients

WW Cake Slice, Carrot

5 individual

no-fat fruit flavoured yoghurt

320 g, (peach and mango flavour)

orange(s)

4 medium, segmented

honey

1 tbs

pistachios

30 g, (1 1/2 tbs)

Confectionery, sugar, hard varieties

10 g, (Vanilla persian fairy floss)

Instructions

  1. Cut cake slices into 1cm pieces. Place cake in the base of four ¾-cup (185ml) capacity serving glasses. Top with yoghurt, then orange segments.
  2. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with pistachios. Finish with fairy floss. Serve.
