⅓ cup(s), (35g)
¼ cup(s), (30g) chopped
Shredded or desiccated coconut
⅓ cup(s), (50g) chopped
¼ cup(s), (50g) chopped
- Preheat oven to 200°C or 180°C fan-forced. Spread pistachios and pecans over a baking tray. Bake for 3 minutes. Stir.
- Add pepitas, sunflower seeds and coconut and bake for 2 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool for 10 minutes.
- Combine nut mixture, cranberries and figs in a medium bowl.
TIP: Store cooled leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
