Top pita bread with artichokes and baby bocconcini cheese for your very own personal pizza
Wholemeal pita bread
1 large, (70g)
Herb and garlic tomato paste
Dried chilli flakes
2 g, (pinch)
Artichoke hearts, canned, rinsed, drained
3 whole, (90g), sliced
¼ medium, sliced
3 baby, (30g), thinly sliced
- Preheat oven to 220°C. Place a baking tray in the oven. Spread the pita bread with the tomato paste and sprinkle with the chilli. Top with the artichoke, capsicum and bocconcini.
- Carefully place the pizza on the heated baking tray. Bake for 10 minutes or until the base is crisp and the cheese has melted.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Baby rocket salad, drizzled with balsamic vinegar.
