Notes

Cook 25g quinoa following packet instructions. Combine cooled quinoa, ¼ cup traditional rolled oats, 1 tsp pepitas, 1/2 green apple (unpeeled, grated), 1/4 cup no-added-sugar apple juice and 70g no-fat Greek-style yoghurt. Cover and set aside for 20 minutes. Serve with fresh blueberries.
