Notes

Pan-fry chicken in a little sunflower oil. Add chicken stock cube mixed with water, tamari, mirin, halved baby eggplant and baby carrots and simmer. Sprinkle with green shallots. Serve with boiled brown rice and steamed Chinese broccoli. Enjoy with Japanese green tea. Follow with a skim cappuccino.
