Meditation is one way to shift your mindset. We’ve partnered with Headspace, a global leader in meditation and mindfulness, to provide content that has been curated specifically for our members and delivered in the WW app.
This content includes specific meditations to help manage stress, eat mindfully and prepare for sleep – all designed to be short and simple to fit into a busy schedule.
Meditation can make you more aware of your thoughts and feelings; that’s called mindfulness, and it’s a powerful way to shift your mindset to help you reach your goals.
