  1. You’ll get a personalised weekly FitPoints goal to strive for. This means it doesn’t matter if you’re a fitness newbie just starting out or a gym junkie looking for the next challenge, FitPoints work for everyone.
     
  2. Our formula has recently been updated and it’s easier than ever to accumulate FitPoints for moving. Whether you go for a stroll around the block, hit the weights room at the gym or get your flow on in a yoga class, every bit counts towards your weekly goal.
     
  3. Your FitPoints goal is flexible! Once you complete the Personal Assessment, you can work towards the goal we set you. But if you’re ready for a challenge, you can up the ante at any time. 
     
  4. One of the best ways to earn extra FitPoints is for exercise in disguise. Gardening, running around with the kids, even hitting the shops (you just need to pick up the pace!) all count towards your weekly goal. It helps you see movement and exercise in a whole new light. 
     
  5. Tracking your FitPoints is particularly easy when you sync your moves with an activity device like a Fitbit, Jawbone or Apple Smartwatch. It sends all of your data straight to your online Tracker or the WW app – done!

  3. What you’ll discover at every single meeting is we’re all in this together.   1. When you join Weight Watchers, you get access to 'My Day'. This is your plan dashboard that shows you how many SmartPoints values you've used and how many you have left, as well as how many FitPoints you've earned through activity. Tracking is as simple as tapping and you can do it from your desktop or mobile.
     
  2. Under your My Day dashboard, you can update and manage your settings. Update your goal weight, view your weight history, modify your weekly FitPoints goal and swap between Filling & Healthy method or counting SmartPoints
     
  3. You have access to over 4,000 recipes that all have the SmartPoints worked out for you! Search and filter recipes by meal time or dietary preference. If you want to change the ingredients in any recipe, modify them and re-save them as your own. Plus you can make them 'favourites' to fast track them for next time.
     
  4. Each week we provide members with the 'Weight Watchers Weekly' magazine. It's jam packed full of great ideas and motivation for sticking to the Plan. Grab a copy each week at your Meeting or view, download, print and save the online version each week.
     
  5. We have a Workout hub especially for members! Each workout features simple a circuit of moves. From targeting areas such as your tummy, legs or arms, we also offer body workouts and location based workouts for home, gym, beach or park (just to name a few!).
