Update Other Account Settings (community user)

If you select "Remember me on this computer" for automatic log-in functionality, we will remember your user name and password on this computer. Each time you visit WeightWatchers.com.au you will have instant access to your account without having to log in.

PLEASE NOTE: If you use a public computer or share your computer with others and do not want them to see your account, do not use this feature. If you log out, your user name and password will no longer be saved on this computer. This means you will be required to type in your user name and password the next time you visit the site.

How do I cancel my Weight Watchers Online/eTools subscription?

To cancel your Weight Watchers subscriptions please contact the Customer Service Team on 13 19 97 for Australian customers or 0800 009 009 for New Zealand customers.

Billing Information

How can I pay for a subscription?

At this time we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal as forms of payment for a subscription to our plans. We are unable to process any other forms of payment. When you subscribe, we will automatically deduct the cost from your account and we will continue to deduct payments at the end of each term until you cancel.

When I log in I am taken to a page to update my credit card information, why?

If you are getting a message asking for updated credit card information after you log in, it means that we have tried to bill your credit card for another month's subscription to our site, but your credit card company or bank told us that the transaction could not be processed.

We will try to bill your card a total of three times - once every seven days. Please note that if we are unable to correctly bill the card we have on file your subscription will be cancelled automatically. To prevent this from happening, please make the necessary update to your Account Settings.

Even if you feel that your credit card is up to date, please double check your Account Settings. It is possible that we have an old expiration date listed for you or that you were recently issued a new card number and we still have the old one on file.

Please note that the billing failure message will not be removed until billing is successfully resolved. In the meantime, you can bypass this message by clicking any of the links in the footer at the bottom of the page to continue to use the site as a subscriber.

When is my next billing date?

A summary of your account can be found in Account Settings. This is where you will find your next billing date and the amount due. Please be aware that you will continue to be billed each month until you contact us to cancel.
Click the Account Settings link at the top right corner of any page on the website. For your protection, you must log in again to access and edit Account Settings because it contains personal information associated with your account such as your name, home address, email address, phone number, community public profile and additional information.

  1. Click the Account status link in the My Account box.
  2. Click the View subscription status link for the subscription you wish to check. You will find a detailed profile of your subscription status with Weight Watchers.
  3. You may change your Payment Plan for the next payment period at any time before your next billing date. You will be required to manually change your price plan after each billing if you want to maintain a three-month billing cycle.

How do I change my Payment Plan?

Your may update your Payment Plan in Account Settings.

  1. Click the Account Settings link at the top right corner of any page on the website. For your protection, you must log in again to access and edit Account Settings because it contains personal information associated with your account such as your name, home address, email address, phone number, Community public profile and additional information. Click the Account status link in the My Account box.
  2. Select your Payment Plan
  3. Click the Save button.
  4. Confirm your changes and click the Save button.

Will my account be automatically billed?

Yes. A subscription to our site is much like other subscription sites in that your subscription will automatically be renewed and billed to your account until you contact us to cancel.

Can I purchase a package deal?

Yes, Weight Watchers Group Coaching Plans include unlimited monthly meetings as well as access to the digital tools, your internet weight loss companion and full access to our mobile applications.

What are the costs for lifetime members to attend a Weight Watchers meeting?

If you are a Lifetime member and you are within 2 kg of your goal weight you can attend a meeting once a month for free.

If you are outside of your goal weight, a meeting fee will apply.
