When I log in I am taken to a page to update my payment information

If you are seeing a billing failure message when you log in, it means that we attempted to bill you for another month’s subscription to our site, but the transaction could not be processed. While in most cases we are unable to view the reason for the refusal, the most common occurrence is because the payment information we have on file for you is not up-to-date.

Within the message there should be a link that you can click, which will take you to your contact and billing information. Please click this link and double check that your billing information is current. Even if your information looks correct, it's possible that what we have on file is out of date.

Please note that the billing failure message will not be removed until billing is successfully resolved. In the meantime, you can bypass this message by clicking any of the links in the footer at the bottom of the page. You can then return to the homepage from the page you are on.

If your payment information is up-to-date, the billing failure may have been on our end. If this is the case, we apologize for the error. We will attempt to charge you again. If there is no problem with your payment the charge should go through successfully.

Monthly Pass
We will attempt to collect payment again in 3 days from the date of the first attempt. If we are unable to bill you, your account will be cancelled automatically.

Weight Watchers Online or eTools
We will attempt to collect payment again in 7 days from the date of the first attempt.
