Raisins

Orange zest

Instructions

Bring milk, rice, raisins, and sugar to boil in medium saucepan. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, stirring often, until pudding is thick and creamy, about 15 minutes.

Remove pudding from heat and stir in orange zest and vanilla. Let stand at room temperature to cool slightly, then spoon into small bowls and serve warm, or cover and refrigerate until chilled, about 2 hours.
