Cancellation rights
Cancelling within 14 days of purchase
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days of purchase completion without giving any reason. Alternatively, if the option is available to you and you have switched plans and your new plan includes an element you didn't have before, you have the right to cancel this new element of your contract within 14 days of purchase completion without giving any reason.
This withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of purchase completion. To exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase, here are your options:

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to submit your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract or the additional element of the contract, we will reimburse you all payments received from you in respect of the contract or the additional element of the contract. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as result of the reimbursement.
If you requested to begin the performance of services during the cancellation period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been performed until you have communicated to us your cancellation from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
If you exercise your cancellation right for an additional element of the contract, you will go back to your previous membership product(s) and the financial and other arrangements that applied to it/them.
Cancelling after 14 days of purchase
If you wish to cancel your subscription after 14 days of purchase, you can cancel online through the app. Please note, your subscription will auto-renew until it is cancelled.
