Tahini is a classic in falafel sandwiches and other Middle Eastern dishes, but this rich, tangy sauce can do so much more: Turn to it as a dressing for salad or grain bowls, drizzle it over grilled meats or vegetables, or use it to sauce roasted or pan-seared chicken breasts.

Tahini

Fresh lemon juice
6 tbsp(s)
Vegetable broth
¼ cup(s), warmed
Garlic clove
2 clove(s), small, minced
Ground cumin
¾ tsp(s)
Table salt
½ tsp(s)
Cayenne pepper

Instructions

Whisk together all ingredients until smooth. Whisk in water or more broth a teaspoon at a time if mixture is too thick to pour easily. Will keep refrigerated up to 4 days.
