250 gm, peeled and grated

1 medium, juice and finely grated zest
Plain fat free yogurt
Fat free mayonnaise

- Put all the vegetables in a large mixing bowl, add the lemon juice and zest and toss to mix.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the dressing ingredients with 2 tbsp water, then pour over the salad and mix thoroughly.
- Heat a heavy based pan until hot, add the sesame and pumpkin seeds and stir for 1-2 minutes until golden and popping. Cool. Serve the slaw sprinkled with the seeds.
