1 pound(s), trimmed and halved

Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray large rimmed baking sheet with nonstick spray. Combine Brussels sprouts, olive oil, salt, and pepper on prepared pan and toss. Spread to form even layer; roast until tender, stirring occasionally, about 30 minutes. Transfer to large bowl. Add lemon juice, if desired, and toss to coat.
