Herring Tartlets with Sour Cream, Capers and Dill

Fat free sour cream
6½ oz, 2x 92g cans Brunswick® Seafood Snacks - Golden Smoked boneless herring fillets, drained and diced
1 tbsp(s), drained
2 tsp(s), fresh, chopped
⅛ pinch, ground
- Preheat oven to 400º. Coat a 12-cup mini muffin pan with cooking spray.
- Press wonton wrappers into the bottom and up the sides of prepared muffin pan. Bake 4 minutes, until wontons are just golden. Remove pan from oven and set aside.
- Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine sour cream, herring, capers, dill, Dijon, and black pepper. Mix well. Spoon herring mixture into wontons. Bake 5 more minutes, until wontons are golden brown and filling is just golden.
