Ingredients

Frozen unsweetened mixed berries

2 oz

Dark brown sugar

Tapioca

Fresh lemon juice

Ground ginger

Table salt

Uncooked old fashioned oats

¾ cup(s)

All-purpose flour

¼ cup(s)

Flaxseeds

Dark brown sugar

Unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375. Toss together all filling ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into a 9” glass pie pan. Use a fork to combine all dry topping ingredients. Drizzle with butter and use your fingers to rub mixture into damp crumbs. Sprinkle on top of filling and bake for 45 minutes or until topping is lightly browned and filling is bubbly. Allow to set for 10 minute before serving.
