Brewed chamomile herb tea

2 fl oz, lavender flavour

Vodka

1 fl oz, blackberry infused

Honey

Champagne

1 fl oz

Instructions

To a cocktail shaker, add the rosemary and blackberries. Muddle thoroughly.

Add the tea, vodka, and honey. Cover the cocktail shaker and shake well (without ice). Double strain into a champagne glass. Top with the champagne.
