Fat-free ricotta cheese

Orange zest

Blueberries

Store-bought balsamic glaze

Instructions

  1. Puree ricotta in a mini– or regular food processor. Scrape cheese into a medium bowl and stir in orange zest.
  2. Place 1 cup blueberries in each of 4 dessert bowls; top each with 1/2 cup ricotta mixture and drizzle each with 1 tsp balsamic glaze.
  3. Serving size: 1 bowl
