Here's how the Lose 10 lbs on us offer works

  1. You joined WW from 8/18/20–8/25/20 and purchased a Digital or Virtual Workshop + Digital membership plan.
  2. You're working on losing at least 10 lbs within your first 2 months on the program. Check out some tips and information to help you on your weight loss journey.
  3. Complete the downloadable "I lost 10 lbs with WW!" refund form.
  4. Send the signed refund form along with your proof of weight loss from 10/17/20–10/31/20 to the address provided on the refund form or email it to ca.lose10lbs@ww.com.
  5. Get a refund of 2 months worth of applicable fees paid.* Or, you could choose to receive a 2-month time credit to your WW account.
^People following the WW plan can expect to lose 1-2 lbs/wk. Members depicted, including Neil, WW CEO's husband, lost weight on prior program and continued on myWW.

To get your refund:

  • Your WW membership plan must be current and active at the time of processing your refund.
  • Have proof that you lost 10 lbs (now’s the time to show it off!).
