Notes

Preheat oven to 350º F. Place half the tortilla on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Top with tomato, pepper and cheese. Sprinkle with cilantro and cover with other tortilla half. Bake until cheese melts. Serve topped with guacamole and save grapes for dessert.
