Spread one slice of bread with mayonnaise. Layer with 1/2 cucumber slices, 1/2 jicama slices and half of the turkey. Repeat and cover with remaining bread slice. Combine salad with mushrooms and tomatoes and toss with vinegar and oil. Complement with chips and enjoy apple for dessert.
