Notes

Combine greens, mushrooms, beans and tomato in a bowl. Toss with vinegar and oil and season to taste. Place pita wedges on a small baking sheet, sprinkle with paprika and toast until crisp. Enjoy pita crisps with salad and save tangerine for dessert.
