Notes

Marinate tofu with mustard and red pepper flakes. Heat a nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray. Add tofu, onion flakes, pepper and spinach. Drizzle with lemon juice and season to taste. Sauté until spinach is wilted. Serve tofu and sautéed vegetables with squash and butter and honey.
