Spiced Crusted Trout

olive oil

seasoned breadcrumbs

chili powder

¼ tsp, pinch

dried thyme

¼ tsp, pinch

fresh lemon juice

plain baked potato(es)

6 oz, cooked


Preheat the oven to 450°F. Coat the trout with oil, season to taste and place in a baking dish. Combine the breadcrumbs, chili powder and thyme, and cover fish with bread crumb mixture. Bake until fish flakes with a fork. Serve with the vegetables, drizzled with lemon juice and the potato.
