Notes

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Season beef to taste and brown until cooked through, about 4 minutes. Add tomato sauce and heat through. Serve over spaghetti. Preheat broiler. Drizzle asparagus with oil and lemon juice and broil until tender. Enjoy with breadsticks.
