Combine garlic, yogurt, capers and pepper in a bowl. Dunk zucchini slices into dip. (INGREDIENT SWAP OPTIONS: Substitute 1/8 teaspoon of garlic powder - or to taste - for the roasted garlic clove. And try using thickly sliced portobello mushrooms or summer squash for dipping instead of zucchini.)
