Preheat oven to 350°F. Heat oil in nonstick pan. Sauté onion and peppers until tender. Place chicken, onion, and pepper, evenly divided, down center of tortillas. Top with salsa and cheese. Roll tortilla and place seam-side down on baking sheet. Bake until crispy. Serve with vegetable sticks and chips with remaining salsa.
