Pasta with Turkey Meat Sauce

Divide turkey into bite-sized pieces. Heat oil in a nonstick pan sprayed with cooking spray over medium-heat. Sauté garlic and shallots until tender. Add turkey, mushrooms and oregano and season to taste. Stir and sauté until turkey is cooked through. Add tomato sauce and simmer. Serve over rotini pasta with parmesan cheese.
