Notes

Divide turkey into bite-sized pieces. Heat oil in a nonstick pan sprayed with cooking spray over medium-heat. Sauté shallots and garlic until tender. Add oregano mushrooms and turkey, season to taste. Stir and sauté until turkey is cooked through. Add tomato sauce and simmer. Serve over rotini pasta with parmesan cheese.
