Notes

Preheat broiler. Mash sour cream into potato half with fork. Top with scallions and cheese. Place on a small nonstick baking pan and broil until cheese is melted and browned, about 3 minutes. Mash together avocado with salsa (to make guacamole) and place on top of potato. Serve while warm.
