Notes

Spread one slice of bread with mayonnaise. Layer with 1/2 cucumber slices, jicama slices and turkey. Repeat and cover with remaining bread slice. Toss salad with mushrooms, tomatoes and salad dressing. Enjoy apple for dessert.
