uncooked celery

Preheat broiler. Top tofu with mustard and broil. Put oil and onion flakes in a plastic bag. Add pepper, celery and broccoli. Season to taste and shake well to coat. Broil, turning once or until desired tenderness. Serve tofu and vegetables with rice.
