Garlicky Shrimp with Couscous

Preheat broiler. Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and sauté. Add shrimp and season to taste. Sauté until opaque. Combine couscous with parsley. Place peppers on a small baking tray, spray with cooking spray and season to taste; broil until done. Serve over couscous.
