Egg-White Omelet with Toast

canned fruit cocktail packed in water
Heat a small nonstick pan sprayed with cooking spray. Whisk together egg whites and basil. Cook until firm and top with cheese. Fold in half and warm through until cheese is melted. Serve with toast and milk. Complement with fruit.
