Chinese Chicken and Asparagus over Rice

Heal oil in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and chicken. Saute, stirring frequently, until chicken is cooked through, about 5 minutes. Add teriyaki sauce and ginger and stir to coat chicken. Add asparagus and stir; heat through. Serve over rice.
