Notes

Heat oil in a nonstick pan over medium-high heat. Add onions, red pepper and garlic and sauté until tender. Add chicken, teriyaki sauce and red pepper flakes. Season to taste and sauté until chicken is no longer pink. Add asparagus and heat through. Serve with rice.
