Notes

Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add garlic, bok choy and red pepper and sauté until tender. Add teriyaki sauce, red pepper flakes and chicken. Season to taste and sauté until chicken is no longer pink. Add asparagus and heat through. Serve with rice.
