Notes

Heat oil in a nonstick pan over medium-high heat. Add garlic, onions and red pepper and sauté until tender. Add chicken, teriyaki sauce and red pepper flakes. Season to taste and sauté, stirring occasionally, about 6 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink. Add asparagus and heat through. Serve with rice.
