Notes

Heat oil in non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken and seasoning; stir and sear about 1 minute. Add pepper and onion. Sauté until tender and chicken is no longer pink. Serve chicken mixture, topped with salsa, rolled in tortillas. Complement with vegetable sticks.
