Heat oil in non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken and seasoning; stir and sear. Add pepper and onion. Sauté until tender and chicken is no longer pink. Serve chicken mixture, divided evenly, topped with salsa, rolled in tortillas. Complement with vegetable sticks and chips.
