Notes

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Place chicken, broccoli and pepper, evenly divided, down center of tortilla. Season to taste. Roll tortilla and place seam-side down on a baking sheet. Top with salsa and cheese and bake until crispy. Serve with salad tossed with vinegar and oil.
