Notes

Heat oil in a nonstick pan over medium-high heat. Add onion and sauté. Add beef, season to taste and sauté 3 to 4 minutes, until desired tenderness. Spread tortillas with black bean dip and top with beef mixture. Top with tomatoes and roll. Enjoy with salad tossed with dressing.
