Notes

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Coat pork with sauce and cook until no longer pink. Preheat broiler. Season snap beans and pepper to taste on both sides. Broil until tender, topping with 1/2 tablespoon of butter. Serve pork and vegetables with sweet potato and remainder of butter.
