PersonalPoints give you what a calorie calculator can’t. Two meals might contain the same number of calories but have a very different PersonalPoints value. Calories tell part of the story, but not all. For example, 100 calories per serving of cookies, while delicious, won’t provide the same nutrients that 100 calories of turkey, tofu, or vegetables (also delicious!) would.

2 - Habit stack - Pick one small change and add it to an existing habit, for example, when you start making your morning coffee, drink a glass of water. Write down your habit stack: After [current habit], I will [new habit].
3 - Take small steps - Start small - like, really small. Big changes can be hard to start and even harder to sustain. Instead, commit to doing something easy. Eat a few baby carrots with lunch, meditate for two minutes when you finish brushing your teeth, move for two minutes twice a day. Keep it quick and easy at the beginning.
