Binging shows on Netflix is great, no argument here, but binging on snacks while you watch isn’t the best. Especially afterwards when you realize some of the damage you’ve done to the snack cupboard. Check out a few tasty alternatives to chips, cookies, and ice cream.

Snack 1 - Veggies and Beet Hummus

Great to snack on while binging 90s sitcoms like Friends, Seinfeld, Full House, Fresh Prince, Will & Grace.
