You'll love this fresh take on the classic peanut butter and apple combo. These pretty little treats come together in just 5 minutes. That's it! All you have to do is first stir the peanut powder with a little bit of water until it's nice and smooth. Core and slice the apples, then spread the powder mixture over the apple slices. Top with some bananas and kiwifruit (or basically whatever other fruit you have on hand or your favourite) and some shredded coconut. The sweet and savoury combo is irresistible, and it's a great way to use ripe or newly picked apples as a fun snack, appetizer, even dessert. You'll love 'em so much, you may never go back to boring ol' apples and peanut butter ever again.

Apple

1 medium, cored

Water

4 tbsp(s)

Powdered peanut butter

8 tbsp(s)

Banana

1 medium, sliced

Kiwifruit

1 medium, peeled and chopped

Unsweetened shredded coconut

Instructions

Combine peanut powder with water and stir until smooth.

Slice apple into four thick rings.

Spread peanut powder mixture over apple rings and top with your favourite chopped fruit and unsweetened coconut flakes.
