How it works

We know winter can be a challenging time to stay on track, with many members experiencing weight gain during this time. Studies show food tracking plays a critical role in your weight loss and wellness journey, that’s why we’ve created our Winter Trackathon!

We want to be keep you inspired and motivated this winter with fun tracking hacks and prizes up for grabs in four different categories:

  • the longest blue dot streak
  • the most blue dots in the month
  • the best recipe
  • the best tracking tip

We’ll be sharing loads of tracking facts and tips every week throughout winter to support you throughout the trackathon. Plus our WW Ambassadors will also be sharing their tips for success and new recipes to inspire and motivate you this winter.

How to enter

The easiest way to take part is to post on Connect using the hashtag #wintertrackathon. At the end of each month, share a screenshot of your blue dots from the journey section in the WW app, and throughout the month share delicious wintery recipe you’ve created and fun tracking tips and tricks you’ve discovered for more chances to win!

Monthly prizes up for grabs

At the end of each month, we’ll select the winners for each prize category. We will be looking for creative, fun and inspiring posts that engage the WW community. The winners will receive an exclusive prize pack full of WW goodies including WW cookbooks, snacks and healthy kitchen products.
