Connect your Activity Tracker
If you have an Activity Tracker such as a Fitbit or Jawbone, connect it to your Weight Watchers account. The activity you do will automatically track straight into your Plan Manager and convert into earned activity ProPoints.
Take our quiz and we'll find a fitness plan option that suits your goals. From getting started to toning up with weights or training for a 10km run, we'll show you what to do each day over the duration of the plan.
Instant workouts to workout your way
Not everyone wants to follow a plan! That's why we've got a series of Instant Workouts. Choose your location and target area, and we'll show you a an effective circuit workout that will get great results!
Video demos and HIIT workouts
Not too sure how to perform certain moves? Our video demos will ensure you've got perfect form. We've also got a quick HIIT workouts that only require a set of stairs or stationery bike for an awesome workout!
